Order

You can order either by email or phone. We accept cash, check, Visa and Master card. When you order bulk of meat, we suggest that you send us a check. Please make a check payable to beartownfarms and send it to 35813 beartown road, Antwerp NY 13608. This will allow us to schedule with the butcher and you to have your meat cut up to your specification. It normally takes from 3 weeks to a month from the time you place an order until you can pick up your meat or we ship it to you. Fall is usually very busy season for the slaughter facility. So, we try to get some done to ensure that our customers can still get our quality meat during the fall . You would likely expect standard cuts of meat, which follows. Don’t forget you can always buy individual cuts as well.

 

Our standard cuts of split quarter of beef:

Chuck pot roast

Ribeye steak

Thenderloin steak and NY strip steak (or T-bone steak)

Sirloin steak and Sirloin roast

Top round steak (London broil) or Sandwich steak

Eye round roast

Brisket

Short ribs

Soup bones (Osso buco)

Stew meat

Ground

If you want half or whole cow, you just double the amout of the above.

 

Half a lamb:

Shanks

Shoulder steak and roast

Loin chops

Whole leg of lamb

Stew meat

Ground

 

Half a pork:

Shoulder steak and roast

Chops

Ham steak and roast

Spare ribs

Hocks

Ground

Bacon
