Our Angus beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished from cows that live in harmony with nature. They eat only natural forages, are humanely treated, and never confined in a feed lot. They do not receive growth hormones nor do they need antibiotics to stay healthy. Our grass based production system produces high quality meat that is healthy for you and better for the land.
Grass-fed beef is low in fat and cholesterol and higher in Omerga-3 acids. The lean meat requires some modified cooking techniques that are easily mastered. For individuals on a low fat diet, we recommend our ultra lean ground beef. For those interested in a healthy diet of flavorful meat, we proudly recommend a quarter, half, or whole cow custom cut and wrapped ready for your freezer.
